VP of Client Services

Bill worked with Scott and Greg at both Jingle Networks and Narrative Communications, where he was integral in managing client services. Previously, he managed quality assurance with software companies and eventually moved into client support roles. In his last two positions, he has built teams to manage customer support from the ground up.

Bill’s passion for solving problems, bringing order out of chaos, and making products work for clients has been the driving force of his success.

Bill is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a retired Captain with the US Army. He grew up and still resides in Massachusetts, and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, mud races and anything that gets him outside in the dirt.
